Woo Hoo I've Booked My First Choo Choo

Following on from my last post. I have now secured my first booking through Clear Trip. It worked a treat and I will be zipping through the countryside on an early morning train to Haridwar and then onward to Rishikesh at the end of September. And a not insignificant added benefit was the discount I was able to secure as a 'senior citizen' 

While on the site I also had a quick look at what Hotels they had on offer and,  you guessed it - I found a well respected establishment available on special offer. So with debit card in hand I leapt right into the deep end again. When the time comes I'll share some my thoughts on Rishikesh and getting there.
